Token and Market Risk Disclosure
Draft · approved
This draft is not legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a live offer. Professional review is required before launch.
You can lose the full token value
LATYX market prices may be highly volatile. Liquidity can vanish, quoted prices can diverge from executable prices, and a buyer may be unable to sell at the expected time or amount. Latyx makes no promise about price, liquidity, market activity, or future demand.
Utility is narrower than market ownership
Holding LATYX alone does not grant product credits. Credits arise only from a verified utility payment and have no cash redemption. The token does not create voting, management, company, creditor, profit-sharing, or distribution rights.
Transfers are final
Token transfers are irreversible. A compromised wallet, phishing signature, incorrect mint, wrong address, wrong network, or lost private key can cause permanent loss. Latyx will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Technology and service risk
Solana congestion, forks, wallet defects, smart-program defects, RPC failures, pricing errors, third-party outages, cyberattacks, or Latyx outages can delay or prevent access, verification, or delivery. Reconciliation may quarantine a payment while evidence is reviewed.
Product and policy risk
Product definitions, free quotas, future quote prices, supported wallets, providers, and availability can change. Already granted credits remain governed by their recorded product and restoration rules, but the ability to acquire new credits may be paused.
Legal, tax, and operator risk
The proposed utility is operated by an individual resident in India, not a separate legal entity. Laws, tax treatment, registration, identity checks, reporting, advertising, sanctions, or geographic restrictions may apply or change. Tax obligations can arise for users and are their responsibility to assess with a qualified adviser.
Market integrity limitations
Public analytics can miss related wallets or misclassify activity. Latyx may report suspected manipulation only as a disclosed heuristic, not as certainty. Operator, vault, claim, and pool wallets must be excluded from organic-activity reporting where identified.
